Couple of the pointers that we wanted to highlight
1.) Show up - As with any fitness program. Just sign up and give it a shot. Sign up for a local event and start training with a Strongman certified gym in your area
2.) Lift Heavy and Recover Fully - Train heavy and take time off to recover
3.) Eat Like Its Your Job - If your going to be a strongman you need to eat like one. Measure by the gains in your PR not your waistline.
