Its that time again! In less than one week, athletes from around the world will head to Carson, CA to compete for the coveted "Fittest on Earth" title.
Its been a long road and there are a ton of top tier athletes competing this year.
Oh man. We have been wrong before when predicting the Games workouts. We know for sure that the HERO WOD, Murph will kick off the games according to CrossFit Games Director Dave Castro. The 'Murph" WOD is a 1 mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats and a 1 mile run all with a weight vest.
During the 2015 CrossFit Games, the top three women for the “Murph” WOD were Sam Briggs, Alethea Boon and Kristin Holte. The top three men were Bjorgvin Karl Guomundsson, Mat Fraser and Noah Ohlsen . All of those competitors are returning to Carson for the 2016 CrossFit Games.
Here are our top five movements that we are guessing will be part of the Games
