Caveman Evolution provides a 100% Customer Guarantee to all orders.  If you are not happy with your order feel free to send it back and we'll provide store credit or exchange for the right items.  Fill out the information below to get started.

Return, Exchange and Store Credit Policies

We want to make sure you have a great shopping/product experience with Caveman Evolution.  

Refund Process:

  • Item must be in new condition to be eligible for return/exchange.
  • Any item marked as "Final Sale/Outlet" cannot be returned.
  • Eligible returns received within 60 days will receive a full store credit or exchange
  • Store Credit and Exchanges are processed within 7-14 days of receiving
  • Store Credit will be issued 3-4 days upon processing and inspecting
  • Store Credit for order/return shipping can not exceed total order amount

Return Process

  • Re-package the item in the original shipping package. Item must be in new condition to be eligible for return/exchange.

  • Fill out the returns information above with order id and email from order.  You will be provided a return label for your item(s).

  • Please send the following information along with your return

  1. Name
  2. Order Number
  3. Item(s) you are returning

  • You're done!

Exchange Process

  • Re-package the item. Item must be in new condition to be eligible for exchange.

  • Once the item you're exchanging is received and inspected, we'll ship your new item right away!
